Target
Short-term: Through hospital accreditation, fully open psychiatric ward, acute 50, chronic 150. Psychiatric outpatient, acute clinic.
Interim: government policies and community-based services, day care, drug treatment of alcoholism, domestic violence and sexual assault, forensic. Family medicine, and dental clinics.
Long-term: the development of humanity, independent of psychiatric rehabilitation mode.
